MoveBone Subscriptions
These Subscription Terms govern your purchase and use of any premium, paid, or subscription-based services offered by MoveBone. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
Billing and Payments
When you purchase a subscription, you must provide accurate and complete billing information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize MoveBone to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (Billing Cycle).
- Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you or MoveBone cancels it.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting MoveBone customer support team. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current Billing Cycle, and you will be able to access the service until the end of your current Billing Cycle.
Refund Policy
MoveBone offers a 60-Day No Movement, No Payment Guarantee. To qualify, you must complete your assigned exercises and routine consistently for 60 days, provide required progress check-ins, and submit your refund request to support@movebone.com within 60 days of purchase.
Fee Changes
MoveBone, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the subscription fees for the subscriptions. Any subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective.
