If you complete at least 60 active exercise days within 90 days of your purchase and see no visible progress, you are eligible for a full refund.

How to Qualify

Log 60 active exercise days in the app within 90 days of purchase.
Submit your Day 1 baseline and Day 60 check-in photos.
Email support@movebone.com from your account email within the 90-day window.

What's Not Covered

Requests made more than 90 days after purchase.
Fewer than 60 logged sessions or missing check-in photos.
Subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play — their refund rules apply, but we'll help you through the process.
