MoveBone offers a 60-Day No Movement, No Payment Guarantee. If you do not see visible movement after 60 days, you may request a full refund.
To Qualify
- Follow your assigned routine and complete exercises consistently for the full 60 days.
- Provide required progress proof, including your starting check-in and day-60 check-in.
- Send your request to support@movebone.com within 60 days of purchase from the purchase email.
Not Eligible
- Requests made after 60 days from purchase.
- Incomplete routine compliance or missing progress proof.
- Abuse, fraud, or duplicate refund requests.
If you purchased through an app store, store billing rules may apply. We will guide you through the correct refund channel.
